Why we exist

Plenty of people in Nigeria finish an automation course and still cannot answer the only question a client asks: show me something you built. The gap is never the tutorials. It is everything that is supposed to come after them: a real problem to solve, someone to ask when you get stuck, and a way to turn a finished workflow into work that pays.

Automate Naija closes that gap. You learn a tool by shipping something with it, you build in public alongside people doing the same, and the work you finish becomes portfolio proof that the opportunities board can point at.

How the hub fits together

Four layers, each one feeding the next:

• Learn: a structured path through AI, automation and no-code tools, taught through builds rather than isolated lessons.
• Build: the Automation Arena, where challenges are written around problems businesses actually have, under real constraints and a real deadline.
• Community: builders who debug with you, share budgets and rates, and team up on things none of you would ship alone.
• Opportunities: freelance projects, roles and collaborations posted by businesses that need automation built.

That sentence is the whole product strategy. Every feature we add has to serve one of those four verbs, or it does not get built.
