By using automatenaija.com, the Automate Naija app or our communities, you agree to what follows.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and give us accurate information. Accounts are personal, so sharing one to let several people use a paid track is not allowed.

What you are paying for

• The community layer is free to join.
• Paid build tracks give you access to a specific cycle: its challenges, its live sessions and its review, for the duration stated when you bought it.
• Discounts, including the first-100 subscriber pricing, apply on the terms advertised at the time and can end without notice once the stated limit is reached.
• Optional add-ons, such as a hosted n8n instance, are billed separately at the price shown.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in naira and payable up front. If a cycle you paid for does not run, you get a full refund or a place in the next one, your choice. If you change your mind before a cycle starts, contact us and we will sort it out. Once a cycle is under way, refunds are at our discretion.

Your work stays yours

You own everything you build here. By posting to the community, submitting a challenge or appearing in the showcase, you allow us to display that work with your name attached and to reference it when we talk about the platform. Tell us to take it down and we will.

Our material

Curriculum, briefs, templates and written material we produce belong to Automate Naija. Use them for your own learning and your own client work. Do not resell them or run them as your own programme.

Community conduct

The community only works because people answer each other honestly. So: no harassment, no scams, no spamming the group with offers, no passing off someone else's build as your own, and no sharing paid material with people who have not paid. We remove accounts that do these things, without a refund.

Opportunities and hiring

The opportunities board introduces builders to businesses. We are not a party to whatever you agree with them. Scope, payment and delivery are between you and the client. Tell us if someone does not pay, and they do not get to post again.

Availability

We aim to keep everything running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Third-party tools the platform depends on can and will have bad days.

Liability

Automate Naija is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or of anything built with it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can leave at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Access to a paid cycle ends when the cycle ends.

Changes

We will post material changes on this page and announce them in the community before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
